I made this recipe up for a blogging event and it turned out really well.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 ounce wild cherry syrup
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Chilled Apple-peach sparkling drink

Directions
  1. Put first 4 ingredients in a shaker, shake, drain into a chilled glass and top with apple-peach sparkling drink.
  2. Serves 1.

I actually made my own wild cherry syrup, from the cherries on the trees in my back yard... I would think that any concentrated syrup could work in its place though.
