How to make it

  • Slice top off of each tomato and gently scoop out pulp with a very small spoon. Combine remaining ingredients (except paprika) with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Attach a #12 Cake decorator tip to a 12 " decorator bag. Fill bag with cream cheese mixture. And fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
  • Arrange stuffed tomatoes on a bed of curly lettuce, sprinkle with paprika; and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
