Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

A refreshing finger food arranged on a bed of curly lettuce.

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed
- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- paprika
Directions
- Slice top off of each tomato and gently scoop out pulp with a very small spoon. Combine remaining ingredients (except paprika) with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Attach a #12 Cake decorator tip to a 12 " decorator bag. Fill bag with cream cheese mixture. And fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
- Arrange stuffed tomatoes on a bed of curly lettuce, sprinkle with paprika; and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
