- Crust: shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp castor sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4 ½ cups flour shopping list
- Method: shopping list
- Cream butter and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time followed by flour. roll the dough into balls and wrap in a cling wrap. Leave to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before rolling enough quantity to fit in a 20cm tart pan. Make holes with a fork all around the dough and bake for 30 minutes until golden. - 4 oz plain chocolate, melted shopping list
- ¾ cup heavy cream shopping list
- 4 tbsp powder sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp vanilla shopping list
- ½ red grapes, halved shopping list
- 4 kiwi, sliced shopping list
- apricot jam for glaze shopping list
How to make it
- Brush the cooled crust with the melted chocolate and set aside until set. Whip the heavy cream, powder sugar and vanilla together until stiff peaks form. Spread over the set chocolate and use the fruits for decorating the surface.
- Heat the jam with a little water and use to brush the fruits. Chill until serving.
