Ingredients

How to make it

  • Allow dough to thaw completely.
  • Place dough in a bowl and cover with oil - allow to rise for 1 hour (dough won't rise much but you want to get a little air into it)
  • Preheat oven to 350* and spray a cookie sheet very lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cut each string cheese stick into 4 pieces.
  • Take a small lump of dough - about the size of a golf ball - and flatten it out in your hands a little.
  • Take 2 slices of pepperoni and one piece of cheese and fold the dough over them, sealing the dough completely around the filling.
  • Continue making rolls like this until all the dough is gone.
  • Bake for 15-20 min.

I just love these at GHBC. I'm going to have to try this with my pizza dough recipe. What I want to figure out is how they make those amazing scones! Berry Creamcheese, omg!

These are very easy and quick. I always have a can of pizza dough in the fridge and I used that. They came out great. To reheat these I placed them in a frying pan and reheated on low. GREAT!
