How to make it

  • In large skillet,heat oil over med-high.Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in 2 batches,turning occasionally,until browned and opaque throughout,6-8 mins;transfer to plate.
  • To skillet,add mushrooms,asparagus and 1/4c water;season with salt and pepper. Cook,tossing once and scaping up browned bits,until vegetables are crisp-tender,4-6 mins. Add chicken;cook,tossing,until warmed through,about 2 mins.

    I did this a few hours ago. I wanted something quick and with just a few ingredients available. I added a little more water and cornstarch to give it some sauce. Loved it! Thanks Pleclare :0)
