This is a great combination to get the desired blackening effect for fish, poultry, meat for grilling! Enjoy! :).

Ingredients
  • 5 T kosher salt
  • 5 T paprika (I used sweet)
  • 1 T dried thyme
  • 1 T freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper

Directions
  1. Mix it all up and store in an airtight container.
  2. Great for grilling or mix into your favorite dip.
