Nut Goodie Bars

This is a recipe for people with a sweet tooth. You need to chill overnight.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chocolate chips shopping list
- 12 oz. butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1 18 oz. jar peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1 5 oz. can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup cook & serve vanilla pudding shopping list
- 2 lbs. powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 lb roasted salted peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- Melt first three ingredients over low heat. Spread 1/2 of the chocolate mixture onto a 10x15 metal sheet pan. Then put the pan in the freezer. Set the other half of chocolate mixture aside.
- Put butter, evaporated milk and 1/4 cup of dry pudding mixture into a medium pan. Brng to a boil. Then boil two minutes. Remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar. Then spread over frozen chocolate layer.
- Warm the second half of chocolate mixture if needed and stir in peanuts. Carefully spread on top of white layer.
- Chill overnight.

After suffering from Nut Goodie withdrawal after moving from MN, I had to learn how to make these...this is DEFINITELY good stuff, especially for those of us afflicted with "Major Sweet Tooth" - this will take care of it, you betcha!
