I've made this bread for years and we especially like the flavor . Good with anything but especially good with cheese.

This is entirely too healthy. I may have to substitute the 3-grain cereal, (unless wally-world has it we can't get it) but I'm going to give this one a try. My herb tomato bread might be somethign you would like. The multi-grain hamburger buns are also fantastic.

OK.... I'm still looking for a bread recipe that's good for a diabetic...and also low sodium... I usually leave the salt out competely when I bake my usual bread... "country seed".... for this sunflower, multigrain, I can substitute the sugar with splenda but as for the molasses????? and the 3 grain cereal??? don't have that cereal in the house and not sure of the ingredients re: sugar and salt....
