Cranberry Jezebel Sauce

- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed shopping list
- 12 bag fresh cranberries shopping list
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- fresh mint -- optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat; add cranberries. Return to a boil, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl; let cool to room temperature. Stir in horseradish and mustard; cover and chill. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired
