A wonderful warm soup to have on a crisp fall evening. Great with cornbread muffins.

Ingredients
  • Hobo Beans
  • • 2 Tsp.Oleo
  • • 1 lb ground beef
  • • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • • 1/2 cup water
  • • 1 cup Catsup
  • • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • • 2 Tsp. Mustard
  • • 2 Tsp. Vinegar
  • • 1 (16-oz.) can Butter beans (drained)
  • • 2 (16-oz.) cans pork & beans
  • • 1 (16-oz.) can Kidney beans

Directions
  1. Brown beef in oleo
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
  3. I put in some bacon too.
