Start With A Pound Of Pizza Dough

- 1lb pizza dough shopping list
- olive oil, coarse salt, pepper and rosemary shopping list
- PIZZA TWISTS shopping list
- 1lb pizza dough shopping list
- 2T extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2tsp each coarse salt and pepper shopping list
- 2T grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2T fresh minced parsley shopping list
- FRAGRANT PESTO PINWHEELS shopping list
- 1lb pizza dough shopping list
- 1/3xc pesto shopping list
- 2T grated parmesan shopping list
How to make it
- FOCACCIA BUNS
- Divide the pizza dough into 6 pieces; shape each into a bun, pressing and pinching dough on bottom. Press each bun to flatten; cut an X on top of each.
- Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with the salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Bake on a greased baking sheet in the center of a 425F (220C) oven until golden, about 20 min
- PIZZA TWISTS
- On a floured surface, roll out dough into a 14x10 inch rectangle.
- Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, cheese and parsley.
- Cut lengthwise into 20 1/2 inch strips. Twist strips and place on 2 greased baking sheets.
- Bake in top and bottom thirds of a 425F (220C) oven, rotating and switching trays halfway through, until golden, about 12 mins.
- FRAGRANT PESTO PINWHEEL
- On a floured surface roll out pizza dough into a 12 inch square. Spread with pesto, leaving a 1/2" border. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Starting at one long end, roll up firmly; pinch seam to seal. Using a serrated knife, cut into scant 1 inch slices. Place in greased 9" pie plate.
- Bake in center of 425F (220C) oven until golden and puffed, about 20 mins.
