A great lunch or dinner. Drizzle each serving with Tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients
- Burgers
- 1/2 C (2 ounces) crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 tbl chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 lb lean ground lamb
- 3/4 lb lean ground turkey breast
- Cooking spray
- 3 (6 inch) pitas, cut in half
- 6 Tbl Tzatziki sauce
- Sauce
- 3/4 C plain low fat yogurt
- 2 Tbl grated, peeled and seeded cucumber
- 1 1/2tsp minced onion
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Combine all ingredients
- Refrigerate in air-tight container for up to 2 days
- Yield about 3/4 C
Directions
- Prepare grill
- Combine first 8 ingredients
- Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping into 1/2 thick burgers
- Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray or brushed with oil
- Grill 6 minutes on easch side or until thermometer registers 165
- Remove from Gri; let rest 5 minutes
- Place 1 patty in each pita half; drizzle with 1 Tbl Tzatziki sauce
- Tuck tomato slices and lettuce into pitas, if desired
