How to make it

  • Prepare grill
  • Combine first 8 ingredients
  • Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping into 1/2 thick burgers
  • Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray or brushed with oil
  • Grill 6 minutes on easch side or until thermometer registers 165
  • Remove from Gri; let rest 5 minutes
  • Place 1 patty in each pita half; drizzle with 1 Tbl Tzatziki sauce
  • Tuck tomato slices and lettuce into pitas, if desired
