Ingredients
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. wesson oil
  • Sift together:
  • 1 1/2 c, flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. grated raw carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions
  1. Mix:
  2. sugar and oil
  3. Add:
  4. dry ingredients
  5. add:
  6. carrots and eggs
  7. Beat well
  8. add:
  9. nuts
  10. pour into well greased loaf pan
  11. bake 350 degrees
