How to make it

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Combine liquid ingredients.
  • Add dry mixture to the liquid mixture and mix well then chill for 2 hours.
  • Knead 6 times on a floured board then roll to 1/4" thickness and cut with a doughnut cutter.
  • Deep fry until golden brown.
  • Combine all frosting ingredients and dip doughnuts in it.

    These look great, just a quick question, could you substitue the pumpkin for the yellow sweet potatoe? (I'm intolerant to pumpkins)
