Ingredients

How to make it

  • in a saucepan, lightly saute the leek in the oil
  • in the meantime:
  • in a soup pot, place the chicken stock and chopped mushrooms
  • heat to boiling
  • add the water, salt, pepper (to your taste)
  • add the crushed potato and stir thoroughly
  • add the McCormick's vegetable medley seasoning
  • add the milk
  • bring slowly to the boil, stirring very frequently to prevent the milk from scorching
  • NOTE:
  • This soup can easily be served as a quick, filling lunch, or at dinner!
  • Enjoy!
