These brownies will melt in your mouth! Get your sweet tooth ready!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup broken dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- pinch salt
Directions
- mix together in a bowl:
- the flour
- the cocoa powder
- the broken dark chocolate
- the brown sugar
- the pinch of salt
- blend thoroughly
- preheat oven to 375*F
- beat the two eggs in a separate dish, with the vanilla
- add the milk, and throughly blend in
- add the oil
- slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry
- stir to combine thoroughly
- In a lightly greased pan, place the mixture
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brownies feel firm to the touch.
- Do not over-bake, as they become dry.
- To serve:
- cover with more chipped dark chocolate
- White chocolate, chipped, also adds flair, flavor and color!
- NOTE
- You can also make this recipe in small pie plates, as individual desserts!
