How to make it

  • mix together in a bowl:
  • the flour
  • the cocoa powder
  • the broken dark chocolate
  • the brown sugar
  • the pinch of salt
  • blend thoroughly
  • preheat oven to 375*F
  • beat the two eggs in a separate dish, with the vanilla
  • add the milk, and throughly blend in
  • add the oil
  • slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry
  • stir to combine thoroughly
  • In a lightly greased pan, place the mixture
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brownies feel firm to the touch.
  • Do not over-bake, as they become dry.
  • To serve:
  • cover with more chipped dark chocolate
  • White chocolate, chipped, also adds flair, flavor and color!
  • NOTE
  • You can also make this recipe in small pie plates, as individual desserts!
