Blueberry Cake

- 1 1/2 cups butter shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups all purpous flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries, rolled in flour shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter & sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients in a seperate bowl. Alternate adding milk & dry ingredients into batter in thirds.
- Stir in vanilla & fold in blueberries.
- Sprinkle top w/ sugar & nutmeg (eyeball it).
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hr or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- ** Be sure to cool cake completely before cutting & serving. Refrigeration isn't needed, but helps. :)
