Oven-Fried Chicken Chimichangas

- 2/3c picante sauce or your favorite salsa shopping list
- 1tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2tsp dried oregano leaves,crushed shopping list
- 11/2c cooked chicken shopping list
- 1c shreaded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 green onions,chopped with some tops(about 1/4c) shopping list
- 6(8") flour tortillas shopping list
- 2Tbs margarine.melted shopping list
- shreaded cheddar cheese,for serving shopping list
- chopped green onion,for serving shopping list
- picante sauce for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chicken,picante sauce or salsa,cumin,oregano,cheese and onions.
- Place about 1/4c of the chicken mixture in center of each tortilla
- Fold opposite sides over filling
- Roll up from bottom and place seam side down on baking sheet
- Brush with melted margarine
- Bake at 400 for 25 mins. or till golden brown
- Garnish with additional chesse,green onion and serve salsa on the side.

Great idea! This is one of the mexican dishes I've never made at home because of the frying. Now I can. Thanks for posting. I also have some leftover chicken to use up.
