Baked Alaskan Halibut Supreme Recipe

I used SUPER fresh Halibut for this recipe. This recipe is so good! Honestly, I could barely taste the fish because of all the other stuff under and on top of it. I think next time, I will wrap the Halibut in Bacon, and then slather it in Butter!!

Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 3 lb Halibut Fillet(s)
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4-6 strips of Bacon
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup buttered Bread Crumbs (3T butter, melted + 1/3 cup Crumbs)
- chopped Parsley
Directions
- Rub halibut with butter, salt and pepper.
- Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
- Lay bacon on the bottom of baking pan and place fillet(s) on top.
- Make a mixture of sour cream, cheese, crumbs, and lemon juice.
- Spread over the fish.
- Bake at 350 until tender (20-30 minutes)
- Serve with grated cheese and parsley!!
