Frozen Pea And Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 head lettuce cut up

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green peppere

1 onion, diced

1 pkg. green frozen peas, uncooked

1 cup mayo

2 Tbsp brown sugar

4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Layer first 5 ingredients.

Spread mayo over the top.

Sprinkle sugar over the top.

Next sprinkle cheese on the top.

You can also then sprinkle bacos (1/4 cup) if desired.

Refrigerate overnight, covered with wrap.
