Orange Arabian Sauce

This is a aromatic chilled fruit sauce that I found in the Gourmet Cook Book Vol 1. Made it and fell in love with the flavors and decided to share it with you.
Ingredients
- 6 large pealed and sliced sectioned oranges shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded/chopped almonds shopping list
- 3/4 cup shredded/chopped dates shopping list
- 2/3 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup cognac shopping list
How to make it
- Mix Oranges, Almonds, dates with Orange Juice and Cognac
- Let chill for 2 hours or more.
- Serve thoroughly chilled.
