Ingredients

1 small cup Red / green / yellow , cooked

2 tbsp carrots ,

1 small potato,

1 tbsp parsley

1 onion , sliced .

3 cloves garlic ,

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp lemon juice

Pinch of hing

2 C water

.........................

3 tbsp croutons

1 egg white , slightly beaten ( optional )

3 to 4 small cup meat stock / water

Directions

Boil everything until well cooked .

Then puree them .

Add water or stock to the desired consistency .

Simmer .

Add the egg white in and swirl with a chopstick so that white ribbons will form ( option )

Garnish with croutons .
