How to make it

  • [1] prep preheat 325 degrees / 170 degrees c.
  • [2] in large bowl, cream togather- butter an sugar till fluffy
  • [3] mix togather flour,cornstarch and sieve
  • into the bowl of butter mix
  • [4] lightly dust a workspace, roll out dough at a 1/4 inch thick / 1 cm
  • thick- prick the surface all over with fork- cut into desired shape
  • i use a milk glass, for this shape
  • [5] place on a cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes
  • or until pale brown and crisp
  • sprinkle with fine sugar
