Wisconsin Walleye Au Gratin

- 6 to 8 walleye fillets shopping list
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 C. finely chopped green onions shopping list
- 1/2 C. freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 C. butter shopping list
- 1 t. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3 - 4 drops Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/2 C. freshly shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter, onions mayo, parmesan, tabasco and worcestershire in bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Poach fillets in skillet of simmering water for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove with slotted spatula to drain.
- Place fillets in single layer in shallow baking dish.
- Spread mayo mixture over each filet.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all filets.
- Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Spoon pan juices over each filet to serve.
