This worked great on the Fajitas... plus I had some tonight for my salad.. I thought I would miss the oil.. but it was good the way it was..

Great salad dressing for me to make as we have oregano and cilantro growing on the window sill! We usually have lime juice on hand also! I'll let you know how I like it. Thanks for posting.

Made the salad dressing tonight and it was really good. Might have to use less of the chili pepper next time but husband likes it hot so he loved it.I loved it also but it sure was hot! We will be making it on a regular basis. Also love the fact that it is low calorie!

Of course I'd also make it extra healthy by inserting a pickled bean or stick of asparagus and a green olive or two!
