  • This makes 1 cup of vinaigrette

    I would love this dressing very much, many of my favorite flavors. Wonderful stuff. I'd use it on rice and veggies.

    This sounds like it might be tasty with a healthy splash or six of vodka ... and slurped with a Sunday brunch. ;)

    Of course I'd also make it extra healthy by inserting a pickled bean or stick of asparagus and a green olive or two!

    Made the salad dressing tonight and it was really good. Might have to use less of the chili pepper next time but husband likes it hot so he loved it.I loved it also but it sure was hot! We will be making it on a regular basis. Also love the fact that it is low calorie!

    Great salad dressing for me to make as we have oregano and cilantro growing on the window sill! We usually have lime juice on hand also! I'll let you know how I like it. Thanks for posting.

    Interesting - I'll have to try this as I'm not used to seeing a vinaigrette that has no oil or fat in it.
