A co-worker made this many years ago and it was fabulous! Everyone asked her for the recipe! Kids love it and love to help make it... it's creamy-goodness! Great for block parties and pot lucks!

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans (plus extra handful)
  • ___________________
  • Layer #1
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (plus remaining in tub)
  • ___________________
  • Layer #2
  • 2 small boxes French vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Directions
  1. Mix crust ingredients with a wooden spoon
  2. Evenly press into bottom of 9x13 pan
  3. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
  4. Let cool
  5. Mix together first layer ingredients
  6. Spread over cooled crust
  7. Mix together second layer ingredients and spread over first layer
  8. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and top with a handful of chopped pecans
  9. Set overnight before serving
  10. ******ENJOY!! NO DOUBT YOU WILL! :-)

Great recipe! Never tried it with all vanilla pudding but sounds really good...also great with chocolate, pistachio, or butterscotch puddings!
