A co-worker made this many years ago and it was fabulous! Everyone asked her for the recipe! Kids love it and love to help make it... it's creamy-goodness! Great for block parties and pot lucks!
Ingredients
- Crust: shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 stick softened butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans (plus extra handful) shopping list
- ___________________ shopping list
- Layer #1 shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup Cool Whip (plus remaining in tub) shopping list
- ___________________ shopping list
- Layer #2 shopping list
- 2 small boxes French vanilla pudding shopping list
- 3 cups milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix crust ingredients with a wooden spoon
- Evenly press into bottom of 9x13 pan
- Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes
- Let cool
- Mix together first layer ingredients
- Spread over cooled crust
- Mix together second layer ingredients and spread over first layer
- Cover with remaining Cool Whip and top with a handful of chopped pecans
- Set overnight before serving
