Crab Dip Recipe
A great dip for those of us that have to use canned crab. I would use fresh if available.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 6 oz. cans crab meat, cartilage removed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients well.
  3. Place in shallow pan. (Use your best guess. I copied this by hand from a hand written recipe).
  4. Mix dry bread crumbs and paprika. Sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve with crackers.

Sorry that you're not here in MD where the crabs are in abundance but I will be using fresh crab meat. Yummy!!! Thanks for the recipe.
