Marinated Meat Recipe Lasaf / All my dishes

This is a family recipe. It is quite good on cheap cuts of meat. I would not use it on a good steak. But anyhting else works great. Beef, porkor chicken.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 3/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. A1 sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed dry rosemary leaves

Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate meat at least 4 hours. Over night is best for tough cuts.
  3. I put everything in a zip lock bag to marinate.
  4. I have no idea why it's only 1/2 tsp of A1 sauce. This is a recipe from my husbands side of the family. That might explain it.
