Camels Dribble - Baba De Camelo

This is a hit on birthday parties in Portugal. Kids love it!
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- cinnamon powder shopping list
How to make it
- .Boil the condensed milk can in abundant water for three hours. It is extremely important that you DON'T open the can before boiling.
- .Carefully take the can out and let it cool for a while. Open and place it into a bowl. Slowly incorporate the egg yolks.
- .Beat egg whites and gently add to the egg and condensed milk mix.
- .Refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours for a better result.
- .Decorate with cinnamon powder before serving.
