Alis Garden Fresh Salsa

I made this this morning to use up some of the garden tomatoes. All the ingredients we grow in our garden. this is a quick yummy salsa sure to please!! Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4-5 garden fresh tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4- 1/2 small red onion finely minced shopping list
- 1 garlic clove finely minced shopping list
- juice of one lime shopping list
- one hot pepper of your choice finely chopped - depends on how brave you are shopping list
- 2 tb fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste shopping list
- variations: live on the edge and add some fresh chopped avacado shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients
- let flavors meld in the refrigerator for a few hours
- Enjoy with corn chips on a baked potatoe or spoon on eggs!!
