Alis Garden Fresh Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

4-5 garden fresh tomatoes

1/4- 1/2 small red onion finely minced

1 garlic clove finely minced

juice of one lime

one hot pepper of your choice finely chopped - depends on how brave you are

2 tb fresh chopped cilantro

kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

variations: live on the edge and add some fresh chopped avacado

Directions

Combine all ingredients

let flavors meld in the refrigerator for a few hours

Enjoy with corn chips on a baked potatoe or spoon on eggs!!
