This is a wonderful treat for a warm summer day. I had this at a get together with some girl friends. Its wonderful!

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbs citrus liqueur
  • 1 lb. Fresh strawberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 2 tbs. sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • Whipping Cream:
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 pint whipping cream

Directions
  1. Fruit: Blend orange juice, liqueur, sugar, and lemon zest.
  2. Slice strawberries and add to liquid. Let soak for at least 30 minutes( no longer than 2 hours) add raspberries. Gently toss to coat.
  3. Whipping Cream...Blend cheese and sugar. Add whipping cream and vanilla
  4. Mix until light and fluffy
