How to make it

  • For Chinese Meat Balls:
  • In bowl combine egg,bread crumbs,water chestnuts,bamboo shoots,green onion,soy sauce,ginger,and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add pork and mix well.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Shape into 1" balls.roll in cornstarch.
  • Cook a few at a time in a deep hot oil(375 degrees) for about 2 minutes or until browned.
  • Serve warm in Sweet and Sour Sauce.
