This makes a elegant side dish to a beef dinner that is different and so easy to make. Not your traditional aspic...Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Jello
  • 1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Crushed, Drained Pineapple
  • 3/4 c. Mincemeat
  • 1/2 c. Chopped Pecans
  • Garnish: Creme Fraiche

Directions
  1. Make Jello with regular directions from the box.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour in flat dish, individual molds or parfait glasses.
  4. Chill for 2-4 hours till serving.
  5. Garnish with creme fraiche....:)

PS: Not sure that I know what Fraiche is. Could you please enlighten me?


Try my Creme Fraiche Light Recipe :)...which is less in calories. True Fraiche is Buttermilk and Heavy Cream or some people just use Sour Cream as a topping.


This will taste great and will look amazing, too! Great recipe!
