I got this recipe from my boyfriend's mother. It was his favortie growing up and has quickly become a favorite in our household.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen southern-style hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. grated cheddar chesse
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chrushed cornflakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Defrost the potatoes
- Combine everything except butter and cornflakes
- Pour into a 13x9 (3 qt.) casserole dish
- Mix cornflakes crumbs with melted butter and pour over potato mixture
- Cover with foil and bake for one hour
