Upside Down German Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups coconut

2 cups chopped pecans

1 german chocolate cake mix

1 pound powdered sugar

8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup margarine or butter

Directions

Mix pecans and coconut together. Put mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Mix cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour over the pecan and coconut mixture.

Stir together and melt the powdered sugar . cream cheese, and margarine or butter. Pour over top of cake.

Do not stir.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
