Ingredients
  • 3 pounds frozen hashbrowns
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 425*F.
  2. Grease a 12x16-in baking sheet, jelly roll pan or a 9x13 and an 8x8.
  3. In a large bowl, combine together the eggs, milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes in the egg mixture and thoroughly coat.
  4. Spread into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 425*F. for 20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
