Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Two of two deviled egg versions that are a nice change from the original. This one features the tastes of bacon and cheddar cheese. Kind of a 'brunch' version.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 slices bacon shopping list
- 1 TBSP. finely shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 TBSP. prepared mustard shopping list
- Additional bacon, for garnish shopping list
- cheddar cheese curls, for garnish (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon in frying pan until crisp, then crumble and set aside (if you would like to garnish with bacon, fry an extra strip).
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Set whites aside.
- Mash yolks and mix with remaining ingredients, except garnish. Fill white with yolk mixture. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and a cheese curl (if desired). Refrigerate until serving.
