Dilled Ranch Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

6 medium baking potatoes, boiled in their jackets until JUST done - do NOT overcook

3 eggs, cooked with the potatoes

1/2 green pepper, diced small

1 stalk celery, diced fine

1/2 medium onion, diced fine

1/2 cup fresh dill, just the leaves, finely minced

2/3 cup sour cream

2/3 cup mayonnaise, Hellmans

1 packet ranch-style dressing mix, Hidden Valley

Jane's Crazy Mix Up salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

While potatoes are still hot, but cool enough to handle, peel, cut potatoes in half and then slice about 1/8" thick. Chop hard-boiled eggs. Add both to big mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Taste for seasoning. Serve.
