I had this at a beautiful hotel I recently stayed at in Ashville, NC. The bartender gave me the recipe. YUMMY.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 oz. POM pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. Absolute Citron vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau liquour (or Triple Sec, or Grand Marnier, etc.)
  • Splash simple syrup

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker over ice
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into chilled martini glass
  4. Enjoy!!
  5. These really are Y-U-M-M-Y!!!
