Definitely a "5" from me!! Thanks so much for posting!!

Easy and delicious! I may add a few strawberries in there!

Love it!! Thanks, again :) :) :)

High Five... I will use it in my fudge recipes

I have always wanted to try making my own! Cant wait :)

Thanks so much for this one Lana!

You are a star!! My kids will love it (we can't get that type of stuff over here!!)

Yummy stuff!

What a GREAT RECIPE

Thank you Lana! when you point out 2 wk limit and it makes Lots, do you mean 4 cups? or ?

Have you ever cut the reccipe in half?

What recipes will it complete? all I can think of is chocolate ice cream! a childhood fave!

YES, you can half it..be careful with eggs.
The recipe as I have shown it will make quite
a lot.. I did NOT measure the amount.. I would
estimate a minumum of 5 cups (as recipe shown)
as it is whipped to add volume.. if you do not
like sweets then..you prolly won't like it..

If you're freaky about the raw egg white thing, could you use meringue powder?

Hey Fizzle3nat !! :)
You could I guess.. I am not sure fizzle, I use
this as a INGREDIENT in cooking so it is also
cooked.. I cannot abide raw eggs anymore..:)
Why don't you try it on a TINY batch and let us
know..Will that meringue powder whip up? If so,
I don't see why not..GREAT question!! :)

This is something I will most definately be using this Christmas season. Especially for fudge. YUM!!!

Another Great recipe from you! XoX Marky

Wonderful ^5

Wow, looks amazing! I was wondering if anyone has tried this with pasteurized egg whites? Maybe that would be better for the little ones? Anyone tried it, or know where to buy them? (I've only read about them) Thanks so much :))

My daughter will love this...Thanks...:)

Love this stuff, thank you for the post.. I brwet it will be great on chocolate cake!! got my 5
hugs

Hey everyone and thanks so very much..this recipe
differs from the type in the grocery store, in that it has RAW EGG WHITES..I would strongly suggest using when either slightly cooked as:ex. (quickly in low temp microwave) or in (cooked) recipes (as I use it) Many many thanks for all the remarks and ratings.
I will be trying the meringue powder as well :)
Bless you all!
Lan

Thank you Lan...You can't immagine how much I love it!!

Great recipe, Lana, and thank you! HIGH FIVE! :+D

High5 across the Board. Fantastic recipe {great for fudge{Peanutbutter no less} lol high5

Folks.. anyone want to help...I wonder if this
recipe (cooked) would create a sort of
divinity candy?? (I DON'T know that it will..thas
the challenge):):)

Lana, thanks for the heads up on this recipe - I LOVE marshmallow fluff and use it in many desserts. I use pastuerized eggs when making something that calls for uncooked egg, then you don't have to worry...they cost more, but are worth it for things like this or ceasar dressing or making cookie dough ice cream, etc - give it a try!

Looks very pretty, just like the real thing. You have my 5
