Dilled egg and smoked salmon tea sanwiches

- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tsp. chopped dill shopping list
- 2 tsp. small capers shopping list
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tblsp. mayo shopping list
- 1 tsp. sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 14 slices good bakery white bread shopping list
- chopped chives for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water
- Cook over high heat and bring to a boil
- Boil the eggs for exactly 4 minutes, remove from heat & let sit 10 before
- draining. Run under cold water and peel immediately, shells slide off.
- Using box grater,shredder side grate eggs into a bowl
- Add salmon, dill, capers and 1/4 cup mayo, salt & pepper, mix well
- Lay out 7 slices of bread and spread 1/4 cup of egg salad on each.
- Cover with remaining bread slices. Of course trim crust off all slices.
- Cut each sandwich into triangles. Spread long side with remaining mayo and dip in chopped chives. Enjoy!
