This is a classic new orleans easy appetizer... with french bread for the sauce

Ingredients
  • 10 large prawns or shrimp unpeeled leave head on as well
  • 1 cup of dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter or margerine
  • 3 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 4 slices of french bread for dipping in sauce
  • parsley flakes

Directions
  1. Defrost shrimp if frozen and set aside
  2. then for the sauce combine all other ingredients including parsley flakes in large sautee pan
  3. and on a high flame sautee ingredients and bring to a boil for a few min to get the sauce red hot
  4. then sautee until sauce is super hot then add shrimp and sautee for about 5 min
  5. let dish stand for two min before serving sauce will still be hot as hell but tolerable
  6. then peel shrimp and use french bread for dipping
  7. searve in a shallow bowl and sprinkle again with parsley flakes
  8. fun and easy!
