Cajun Style Bbq Shrimp

- 10 large prawns or shrimp unpeeled leave head on as well shopping list
- 1 cup of dry white wine shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter or margerine shopping list
- 3 tbsp ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic shopping list
- 4 slices of French bread for dipping in sauce shopping list
- parsley flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost shrimp if frozen and set aside
- then for the sauce combine all other ingredients including parsley flakes in large sautee pan
- and on a high flame sautee ingredients and bring to a boil for a few min to get the sauce red hot
- then sautee until sauce is super hot then add shrimp and sautee for about 5 min
- let dish stand for two min before serving sauce will still be hot as hell but tolerable
- then peel shrimp and use french bread for dipping
- searve in a shallow bowl and sprinkle again with parsley flakes
- fun and easy!
