Ingredients

13/4cups sugar ,2 cups flour ,3 large eggs ,1teaspoons baking soda ,2-3 teaspoons cinnamom ,1tsp salt, 1 cup canola oil, 1 can apple pie filling, 1 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg(optional) ,1cup chopped pecans. .

Directions

comine all ingredients im mixer, mix at medium speed for 3 minutes, pour into greased bundt pan( I use cooking spray for baking), bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes, test with cake tester at 50 min,bake till tester is clean, cool, serve with whip cream or ic cream,
