I love this pizza made with buttermilk biscuits, it is so yummy and kids love to have and help with.

Ingredients
  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cups mozzarella
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • grated cheese
  • Optional: sausage, veggies, etc

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. in a big bowl, quarter biscuits
  3. stir in one cup sauce and 2 cups mozzarella
  4. add garlic
  5. add optional ingredients
  6. mix to combine
  7. spread in lightly greased square baking pan
  8. pour remaining sauce grated cheese and mozzarella over top
  9. bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
