A Fine Cherry Chutney

- 1/2 cup whole canned cranberries shopping list
- 1 cup dried tart cherries, chopped into medium size pieces shopping list
- 1/4 large red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 Tbsp kirsch (cherry brandy) shopping list
- Splash of orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- Garnish: Fine orange rind shopping list
How to make it
- Gently mix all ingredients.
- You want the mixture to be loose but not runny.
- Adjust the ingredients as needed to get the texture correct.
- Chill to ready to use.
- Serve slightly chilled or near room temperature.
- Serve alongside and game such as venison, duck, pheasant etc.
