Cinnamon Schnapps Apple Cake

with apple season here this cake looked good... it has apples, cinnamon schnapps, and nuts... yum... I haven't tried it but it is on my list.!!
Ingredients
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 cup cinnamon schnapps shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 tablespoon baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup nuts, chopped shopping list

- Glaze: shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon schnapps shopping list
- nuts, chopped (garnish) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Mix together the apples, cinnamon and cinnamon schnapps; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts. Beat well. Drain liquid from apples and add to batter. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes before glazing.

- Bring butter, sugar and water to a boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in schnapps; pour over cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts
