A friend introduced me to this creamy, sweet and lemony dressing. Try it on any and all fruit salads.

Ingredients
  • Your mix of any fresh fruit
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon grated lemon rind or zest
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions
  1. Have all ingredients, mixing bowl and beaters cold.
  2. Put cream, honey and lemon rind/zest in a bowl and whip until light and fluffy
  3. Top each serving of any fruit salad with mixture, then sprinkle with the poppy and sesame seeds.
