Peanut Butter Popcorn Recipe

From a former co-worker. She'd make this tasty popcorn every Christmas and bring it with her to work. It always disappeared quickly.

Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter (can use creamy or crunchy, your preference)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 10 c. popped corn
Directions
- Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla; remove from heat and mix well.
- Pour over popcorn; stir well to coat. Spread on waxed paper to cool.

Aren't office potlucks the best?! There are many who don't do much cooking anymore and tend to pick something up from the deli, but then someone like this co-worker shows up with a wonderful little treat that you can't stop eating! I love them all...thanks!
