Peanut Butter Popcorn

From a former co-worker. She'd make this tasty popcorn every Christmas and bring it with her to work. It always disappeared quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 c. light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 c. peanut butter (can use creamy or crunchy, your preference) shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 10 c. popped corn shopping list
How to make it
- Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla; remove from heat and mix well.
- Pour over popcorn; stir well to coat. Spread on waxed paper to cool.

Aren't office potlucks the best?! There are many who don't do much cooking anymore and tend to pick something up from the deli, but then someone like this co-worker shows up with a wonderful little treat that you can't stop eating! I love them all....more
