Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
  • Gently blend, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt & pepper until combined
  • Form into about 40 bite-sized meatballs
  • Place meatballs on a foil lined, rimmed baking sheet
  • Bake for about 20 mins, until cooked through
  • Combine chili sauce & jelly in a saucepan & set over medium heat
  • Cook, stirring, until the jelly dissolves, about 5 mins
  • Add cooked meatballs to the sauce
  • Reduce heat to medium/low & simmer for 10 mins
  • Serve & watch them disappear.

    I was wondering why that came out as AMP. Didn't think my typing was that bad. I just went & changed it before I saw your message & it did take the AND, but maybe it will change back again when I sign off. Thanks also for your kind rating. Much appreciated

    This site does not take AND in a recipe title. It uses amp for ampersand. So I just use an N for the 'and' Nice recipe ^5
