Shrimp Fettucini in natural tomato sauce! The family including my baby loves this!

Ingredients
  • fettucini
  • shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 6pcs red round tomatoes (chopped)
  • olive oil
  • artichoke hearts (marinated in oil)
  • sun dried tomatoes (julienne cut in oil)
  • Italian seasoning

Directions
  1. Prepping the pasta:
  2. a) In a pasta pan put enough water to boil the fettucini. Add a little salt and vegetable oil.
  3. b) Once the pan is boiling add the spaghetti and cook al dente, usually for 11 to 12mins. Stirring occasionally.
  4. c) Drain. Leave in the pasta pan.
  5. 1. In a separate pan, heat and put olive oil.
  6. 2. Add garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
  7. 3. Add tomatoes.
  8. 4. Cook tomatoes until mashed. Then add alittle italian seasoning.
  9. 5. Add shirmp. Cook for 3-5mins.
  10. 6. Then add the sauce in the pasta pan.
  11. 7. Cook in low heat.
  12. 8. Put artichoke and sundried tomatoes.
  13. 9. Mix well.
  14. 10. Serve. (^_^)
