Shrimp Fettucini

- fettucini shopping list
- shrimp (peeled and deveined) shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic (minced) shopping list
- 6pcs red round tomatoes (chopped) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- artichoke hearts (marinated in oil) shopping list
- sun dried tomatoes (julienne cut in oil) shopping list
- italian seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Prepping the pasta:
- a) In a pasta pan put enough water to boil the fettucini. Add a little salt and vegetable oil.
- b) Once the pan is boiling add the spaghetti and cook al dente, usually for 11 to 12mins. Stirring occasionally.
- c) Drain. Leave in the pasta pan.
- 1. In a separate pan, heat and put olive oil.
- 2. Add garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
- 3. Add tomatoes.
- 4. Cook tomatoes until mashed. Then add alittle italian seasoning.
- 5. Add shirmp. Cook for 3-5mins.
- 6. Then add the sauce in the pasta pan.
- 7. Cook in low heat.
- 8. Put artichoke and sundried tomatoes.
- 9. Mix well.
- 10. Serve. (^_^)
